About Resilient West Portal

Resilient West Portal (RWP) is a disaster preparedness and support group affiliated with San Francisco’s Mayor’s Office’s Neighborhood Empowerment Network (NEN). Our mission is to holistically support our local community by promoting disaster preparedness, organize health and safety trainings, and connecting our neighbors-in-need with the help or assistance they require. We view our community as not just the residents that make West Portal so vibrant, but also the local merchants, businesses and restaurants that are the backbone of our incredible San Francisco enclave.
